The H Dubai (formerly known as the Monarch Hotel) is a five-star property located in the heart of Dubai’s business and shopping districts, featuring seven attractive food and beverage outlets. MCTS was appointed to design and develop all back-of-house areas, as well as the kitchens for the hotel’s restaurants and bars.
