Raffles Dubai is the iconic, pyramid-shaped hotel ideally located in a premium business and shopping district in the heart of Dubai. The five-star, 252-room property features a wide range of popular food and beverage outlets, as well as large-scale conference facilities. MCTS was appointed to design and develop all of the hotel’s kitchens, including a banquet kitchen, multiple restaurants and bars, as well as the property’s laundry facilities.
