Michael Chabowski

Founder & Managing Director

Michael is recognised as one of the leading hospitality design thinkers and consultants in MENA region.

As MCTS Founder and Lead Consultant, Michael is responsible for overseeing the MCTS team and working closely with key clients to deliver high-profile projects across the region and beyond. His skillful design expertise shines through in such projects as H Hotel, Raffles Hotel Wafi, the Central Production Kitchen at Dubai World Trade Centre, and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

Michael began his career in the foodservice industry at Professional Catering Management in London, and continued to hone his design skills in progressively senior positions in the UK. An important contributor to the gulf region’s foodservice and laundry design landscape since 1982, Michael’s reputation for quality and creativity led him to found MCTS in 2002, in order to impart his unique vision and talent directly to his clients.
