The Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel is a 100,000 m2, 347-room luxury resort on Dubai’s world famous Palm Jumeirah, with a private beach, grand spa with indoor pool and wide variety of international restaurants. MCTS was appointed to design and develop the kitchens for all of the hotel’s restaurants and bars.
