The Address Residence Fountain Views is a luxury hotel and serviced residence complex in the 500-acre Downtown Dubai mega-development, consisting of three 60-storey towers overlooking Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. MCTS was appointed to design and develop the five-star hotel, its food and beverage outlets, and its waste management strategy.
